Thoughts of a Teen - Book vs. Movie

Now I hope most of you will automatically scream "BOOK", but sometimes a movie is just as good. But but this is more of an opinion. I love books, they are like life. 

But a movie is just as good. I have to admit, I have watched plenty of movies where I fell in love with the character just like you would in the book. For example...

*smiles not at the picture but at the lines he says* Uh...heehee sorry. *then smiles and looks at the picture* :) NO I am just kidding, I mean I love him in the movie, and I am currently reading the book. For those weirdos out there...this is from Anne of Green Gables. Anyways, movies can sometimes make someone ball their eyes out, or hate a character, or wish they were there *looks over at my little sister* (she freaks out in movies all the time, don't be in the room with her when watching Anne of Green Gables, or Pride and Prejudice, it's not pretty.) I am not a crier, not even in movies, (I know I have no heart) but I will cry and scream while reading a book. I think you get more feeling in a book than you do in a movie, there is more emotions and descriptions. I literally had no feeling after reading Divergent, I love authors that can make someone feel every emotion that goes through the characters head. 

Movies, yes movies, everyone loves the movies. But there are some that truly suck. I am talking about the Percy Jackson movies. I loved those books and still do! I think I have read the first 2 this weekend, I am determined to read the whole series by the end of the month. But the movies, I am sad to say that they were a waste themselves, I mean the movies themselves were not even that great without reading the book.
